Dear all...
Just a couple of things.
Firstly to let you know that i am now taking deposits for the retreat at Littleton mill 22nd-24th October later this year. Place for 7 or so to sleep at the mill and then local b and b's nearby for any extras. Please the retreats page for more details if you think you might be interested, and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
Also to say for those of you who have been practicing at Common Sense, i was very sad to hear of the news of the fire. So many memories there, in fact it was one of the first places i ever taught. I hope that they can get up and running again and that in the meantime you can all find somewhere else to practice.
Colerne classes will be stopping for the summer. Please join us in Marshfield on a wednesday evening instead if you can and keep an eye on the classes page for any further changes.
Hope you are enjoying this warm weather. perfect time to be working on your forward bends. The body will feel more open and responsive and the forward folds are cooling for the body and balancing for the nervous system.....give it a try and see how you feel!
