Postnatal with baby

This is a class designed to help Mum in the first few months after the birth.

To address the physical and emotional needs at this time in a supportive and non judgemental environment.

Baby will be integrated in the class, but the focus is on the mother's needs.

This is a very relaxed environment, so if you need to feed that is fine, if baby is crying, no problem...and dont rush the end of a feed or a nap just to get here...if you are late, you are late!! Better than not coming at all!

We will finish the practice with tea and time to discuss anything we need to with other Mums and health professionals that come along from time to time.

Mummy and Me

As above but more baby focused. Some postnatal work for mum, massage and movement for baby, songs, rhymes and fun!
